The ideal candidate has proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns with a solid understanding of job advertising platforms like Indeed and Craigslist. They are adept at creating engaging ad content, analyzing campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions to optimize reach and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize, post, manage, and then repost ads on Craigslist once per week.
2. Post available jobs on Indeed and monitor the ad performance on a weekly basis.
3. Sponsor banner posts and post open positions on Meta Marketplace and SexyJobs.
4. Deliver weekly reports that show an uptrend in daily KPIs.
