OVERVIEW At GoodFellas, we’re seeking a versatile and dedicated team member who will thrive in a dynamic restaurant environment. This role combines the responsibilities of a dishwasher, barback, food runner, busser, and janitor, offering a unique opportunity to gain diverse experience in the hospitality industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Dishwashing: Maintain clean plates and utensils by properly washing and sorting soiled dishes.
  • Keep the dish area free of clutter and organized.
• Barback Duties: Assist the bartending team by restocking supplies, getting ice, clearing the bar area, and ashtrays.
• Food Running: Ensure timely delivery of food from the kitchen to the server, while not dropping the plates.
• Bussing: Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly after guests leave, maintaining a tidy dining area.
• Sanitation: Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold the restaurant’s cleanliness and hygiene standards.
