Job Title: Unarmed Security Guard

Position Summary:
As an Unarmed Security Guard for Sweet Auburn Frontline Enforcement, you will play a critical role in enhancing the safety and well-being of the community. Operating in service of a nonprofit mission, this position requires a commitment to protecting local neighborhoods, supporting community residents, and fostering a sense of security within public and private spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Patrol: Conduct routine patrols in designated areas to ensure a visible presence, deter criminal activity, and provide reassurance to community members.
• Public Assistance: Engage respectfully with residents, providing assistance or information as needed, and helping foster positive community relations.
• Access Control: Monitor and control access points in community facilities and designated areas, ensuring authorized access and maintaining order.
• Incident Response: Respond quickly to any suspicious activities, disturbances, or emergencies. Report and document all incidents in a clear and timely manner.
• Reporting and Documentation: Complete daily logs and incident reports accurately, keeping a clear record of activities and any security concerns.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in security, community service, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Strong observational skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with community members.
• Physical Requirements: Capability to stand, walk, and patrol on foot for extended periods.
• Licensing: Must meet all local and state requirements for security personnel, if applicable.
