Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
– Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
– Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
– Clean and sanitize the bar area, utensils, and glassware
– Maintain inventory of coffee station and bar supplies, restock as needed
– Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system
– Engage with customers and fellow team members in a friendly and professional manner
– Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Experience:
– Previous bartending and or serving experience preferred but not required, we’ll train.
– Knowledge of how a kitchen operates and the positions are preferred, not required.
– Experience in Greek cuisines and cigars such as brands and types is helpful.
– Time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
– Sales skills to upsell drinks, and desserts to promote specials to customers.
